With its high elevation, fertile soil, and careful cultivation, Lilo is a 100% Caturra microlot that packs a flavorful punch.

    The secret to Lilo’s unforgettable taste lies not just in where it’s grown but in how it’s processed. At Beneficio Rio Tarrazu, the mill that processes Lilo, sustainability and innovation go hand in hand. 🌱 The washed anaerobic process involves a 72-hour anaerobic fermentation, followed by pulping, washing, and sun-drying on raised beds. This meticulous method, guided by mill manager Emiliano Castro, brings out the bright citrus zest and rich chocolate notes that make Lilo so special.
