High in the cool, often cloudy reaches of the San Martin Cuchumatanes lies a remarkable tale of grit and grace. Meet the incredible women of Todos Santos, a formidable collective known as ‘Mujeres Luchando por un Mejor Futuro’—Women Fighting for a Better Future. In this remote corner of Huehuetenango, where many men have ventured north in search of work, a sisterhood of 276 women has risen to nurture their families and their farms against all odds. 🌄👩‍🌾

Her HueHue is not just a coffee; it's a celebration of the spirit these women embody. Crafted from beans grown between 1700 and 2100 meters above sea level, this coffee enjoys a long, temperate season that meticulously slows cherry maturity, enhancing the depth and complexity of each bean. The result? A cup bursting with the flavors of milk chocolate and nougat, each sip a testament to the women who have cultivated it. 🌱🍫

Our journey with these remarkable producers has been one of mutual growth and continuous learning. In partnership with local exporter K-Finos, we've supported these determined women through agronomy training and community education, ensuring that every plant thrives just like the community that tends it. From Julia Cifuentes, who raised her children on the fruits of her labor, to Adhani and Rebeca, who nurture diverse crops alongside their coffee trees, every story is a patch in the vibrant quilt of Todos Santos. 📚🌽

Brew a cup of Her HueHue and taste the essence of Huehuetenango. More than just enjoying a delightful coffee, you're supporting a network of strong, passionate women who are not just fighting for a better future but are actively building it, one bean at a time. It's bold, it's fragrant, and it carries the legacy of those who refuse to give up. Here's to savoring not just the flavor, but the story behind it—a story as rich and captivating as the coffee itself. ☕️💪

    Rich, creamy, smooth!

We tried this coffee brewed at Manana in Austin and we were blown away at how the drip cup tasted like espresso. It is milk chocolatey and delicious!
