    The pursuit of perfection is real! You can call us small-batch or artisan if you like, but we're just geeky when it comes down to the science of roasting some of the worlds finest coffees. We're happiest when we're meticulously fine-tuning each coffee - roasting and cupping over and over until we achieve the perfect balance.

    We only source specialty grade coffee from highly respected, forward thinking, sustainable farmers and cooperatives from around the world. Specialty coffee makes up only 3% of all coffee grown on this planet. Call us picky but we only select the good stuff and pay our partners well above FairTrade prices for it.

    We may not be perfect, but we want to make it easier to do the right thing for the environment. Rather than chasing profit margins, we chase biodegradable materials and facilities that put minimal impact on the environment. Each day we are getting closer to our goals and appreciate your help in getting us there.
