Everything you need to know about joining the Creature Coffee Club

  • It’s simple!

    If they like their coffee easy-going, chocolatey, and nutty, choose an Easy Gift Subscription.

    If they like their coffee fruity, vibrant and on the wilder side, select a Playful Gify Subscription.

    Then choose how long you’d like to spoil your coffee-loving friend—3, 6, or 12 months.

    We roast fresh and deliver straight to their door every month, so they get coffee joy without lifting a finger.

  • Once we have received your gift subscription payment, your coffee will be roasted on the next Monday, then shipped on Tuesday.

    Then, we will ship coffee every month until the gift subscription is over.

    Some bank holidays may affect shipping by 24 hours.

  • We currently ship nationwide across the U.S. Coffee subscriptions benefit from free shipping.

  • Yes! You can choose Easy (smooth, approachable, everyday delicious) or Playful (adventurous, unique, flavor-packed). Whichever you pick, every bag is roasted to perfection by our Creature Coffee team.

  • Nope! Prepaid gift subscriptions are one-time purchases. When the subscription ends, your recipient will have the option to continue on their own if they’d like.
