That we source with love and care from small-lot farms that we pay 2-4% over fair trade. Then roast locally in our specialty coffee roastery, so that every cup of brew is just as chock-full of complex tasting notes as the last.

The first time we catered coffee, we were serving up espresso out of the trunk of a Hyundai Accent with equipment we borrowed from a friend (true story).
Luckily, the Creature Coffee crew has come a long way since then (a long, long, LONG way). As the official coffee cart catering crew of the Austin Convention Center, we now regularly cater coffee for conferences and expos with upwards of 3,000 people. And are just as happy caffeinating the masses as we are caffeinating your small group of Austin besties at a brewed-up "just because" brunch.
