This crowd-pleaser is a blend of two of our favorite coffees, fine-tuned to bring out the richest, chocolate qualities of both. It is balanced, sweet, and with a, dare we say it, bold finish. Easy Peasy is ideal for espresso, outstanding on filter, and perhaps most perfect for a tall glass of cold brew on a warm Austin day.
Any way you slice it, this coffee won't let you down. Think of Easy Peasy as your most dependable friend. It's the pal who'll pick you up from the airport, the chum who'll help you move furniture across town, and the longstanding friend who you can relax with over an afternoon refreshment when you just need a moment to unwind.

For us, it's all about the people. And this coffee has allowed us to combine the coffee-growing expertise of multiple families from across the globe.
Like the decisions that we make each day of our lives that lead to the people who we are today, there are dozens of moments along the journey of a coffee bean that contribute to the flavor and aroma in your morning mug. From the soil and the water, the altitude and the days of sunshine, the drying and processing techniques, some would even say the music played across the farmland can change the taste of a green coffee bean.
And then, the coffee reaches our facility here in Austin where we play with temperature and time to find just the right roast to coax out the best possible flavor, like coaching a natural athlete to perform at their best.
This coffee came from our desire to create something particularly smooth, bold, and chocolatey. (If you're looking for a blend on the fruitier side, check out Friend Blend!). For Easy Peasy, we played with a small batch Guatemalan washed coffee that bloomed bright with dark chocolate notes, marrying it with a coffee from Colombia, expanding on the richness, creating an absolute banger of a blend.
It's precious to us, but not too precious to enjoy multiple cups each day. It makes a perfect shot of espresso, and it's equally obsessive on filter or cold brew.
