Ardi Party

Natural Sidama Ardi is back—but with a brand-new vibe! This year’s lot brings the same juicy berry pop and rich cocoa finish you loved from Ardi Party, now sourced from the incredible Asefa Dukamo and the Mirado Coffee Processing Station in the heart of Bensa, Sidama. This natural-processed Ethiopian gem is a full-on flavor celebration, bursting with lively fruit, velvety sweetness, and that smooth, decadent finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Get ready… the party continues.

Born in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples (SNNP) region—one of Ethiopia’s most revered coffee landscapes—this coffee is grown between 1800–2200 meters, where cool nights, subtropical breezes, and rich soils create the perfect recipe for standout flavor.

Nearly 300 smallholder farmers from the Mirado community handpick ripe cherries and deliver them to Asefa Dukamo’s renowned Mirado Coffee Processing Station, where quality and tradition come together in every single batch.

This lot features Ethiopia’s celebrated Heirloom 74158 variety, known for its expressive fruit character and floral lift. After harvest (Nov–Dec), the cherries are laid out to dry for 16 slow, sun-drenched days, allowing the fruit’s natural sugars to concentrate and infuse the beans with those signature berry-forward notes. The result? A cup that’s juicy, vibrant, and layered with flavor—a natural Sidama classic with a groove all its own.

From Mirado’s raised beds to your morning ritual, Natural Sidama Ardi is a joyful expression of Ethiopia’s legendary coffee culture. Big berry energy, soft cocoa vibes, an unforgettable finish—this is Ethiopia at its finest. Let’s party. ☕✨

FAQ

  • Our specialty coffee beans are roasted fresh in small batches every week in Austin TX.

We never ship old coffee — your order is packed within days of roasting so you taste peak flavor in every bag of beans.

  • We ship Tuesday, through to Friday every week.

Some bank holidays may affect shipping by 24 hours.

  • Yes! We ship all orders fresh from our roastery, and expedited shipping is available at checkout if you need your beans in a hurry. Standard shipping usually gets coffee to most U.S. addresses in 2–5 business days, but if you can’t wait that long, select a faster option and we’ll make sure your coffee is roasted, packed, and on its way without delay.

  • Not every coffee we roast carries the official organic seal, but every bean we source meets our strict quality standards. Each lot is carefully tested and selected to ensure it’s clean, fresh, and mold-free. Many of our coffees are grown using organic or sustainable practices, and some hold certifications such as USDA Organic and Rainforest Alliance. Since many of our producers are small, they may not carry certification in their country of origin or in the U.S. — but their farming methods are just as careful and responsible. For us, it’s about more than a label: it’s about roasting coffees that are traceable, ethically farmed, and taste incredible in your cup.

  • Yes. While most of our coffees are roasted to light-medium, we offer a darker roasted coffee too. IN general, we tend to roast coffees to their full potential, unlocking flavor notes. This means sometimes going light, and sometimes going a little darker. We will, however, never burn our coffee. It's far too good for that!

Each bag of beans will have a roast profile on the front of the bag, and on the website when you purchase.

  • Specialty coffee is the top tier of coffee in the world — beans that score 80+ points on the Specialty Coffee Association’s quality scale. It means the coffee is grown with care, harvested at peak ripeness, and free from defects like mold or bitterness.

Beyond the score, specialty coffee celebrates unique flavor profiles that reflect the farm, region, and roast. At Creature Coffee, we source from small-lot producers who prioritize sustainability and quality, then roast each batch to highlight sweetness, balance, and complexity. In short: it’s coffee that tastes as good as it makes you feel.
