Everything you need to know about joining the Creature Coffee Club

  • You choose the frequency that fits your coffee habits—every week, every two weeks, or every four weeks. We roast to order and ship fresh, so your beans are always at their best when they arrive.

    You can log into your account online and pause, edit, skip, and cancel anytime.

  • Once we have received your subscription payment, your coffee will be roasted on Monday, then shipped on Tuesday.

    Some bank holidays may affect shipping by 24 hours.

  • We currently ship nationwide across the U.S. Coffee subscriptions benefit from free shipping.

  • Yes. While most of our coffees are roasted to light-medium, we offer a darker roasted coffee too. IN general, we tend to roast coffees to their full potential, unlocking flavor notes. This means sometimes going light, and sometimes going a little darker. We will, however, never burn our coffee. It's far too good for that!

    Each bag of beans will have a roast profile on the front of the bag, and on the website when you purchase.
