High above the world, nestled within the lush landscapes of Chiapas, a story brews as rich and captivating as the coffee it produces. Welcome to the heartland of Chiapas Cowboy, a coffee that embodies the spirit of the wild 🌿 and the perseverance of its people.

Deep in the mountains, where the air is tinged with the promise of rain ☔ and the earth is ripe with ancient secrets, the coffee farms of Grupo Mezcal stretch across the horizon. Here, the altitude kisses the clouds ☁️, ranging from 3900 to 4930 feet, providing the perfect cradle for our Bourbon, Catuai, Maragogype, and Arabe varietals to thrive. The result? A cup that dazzles with notes of caramel sweetness 🍯, the crisp zest of Fuji apple 🍎, and a balance of acidity that dances on the palate, much like the lively local fiestas 🎉.

But Chiapas Cowboy isn't just about the exceptional coffee. It's about the remarkable community behind each bean. In partnership with E-Café Chiapas, the hardworking farmers of Grupo Mezcal, the sole remaining producer group from the original seven, are not just growing coffee; they're cultivating a future. With pre-harvest financing and extensive support in coffee cultivation knowledge, these farmers are empowered to enhance both their crops and their livelihoods 💪.

In a recent heartwarming initiative, every quintal of coffee sold contributes three dollars to a matching fund, diligently mirrored by E-Café. This fund isn't just a financial safety net; it's a testament to the collective spirit of the region 🤝. Designed for medical emergencies and community needs, it ensures that the farmers and their families are supported, not just in their work, but in their well-being too.

As you sip on the Chiapas Cowboy, remember that this coffee is more than a beverage; it's a sip of solidarity. It's a blend of history and hope 🌟, a taste of the resilience that defines the majestic hills of Chiapas. This coffee invites you to become part of a story that goes beyond the cup—a story of community, care, and the unyielding spirit of the Mexican highlands.

Chiapas Cowboy: More than just a coffee, it's a celebration of life’s interconnectedness, wrapped up in a cup of unmatched flavor. 🌟🍎🐎

    Killer dark roast

I'm a sucker for a well crafted dark roast, but hate when that just means "burnt". This coffee is a gem. All those dark, chocolatey qualities without the acrid flavors found at that mega coffee chain that we all love to hate.
