Tasting notes: Raisin | Maple Syrup | Dark Chocolate

Single-Origin: Caranavi, Bolivia

Varietal: Caturra & Typica

Altitude: 1550 - 1650m

Process: Washed

Roaster: Oak Cliff Coffee Roasters | Dallas, TX

Roast Level: Medium

Details:  This coffee is produced by smallholder farmers from the community of Bolinda, which lies in a steep mountain valley outside the town of Caranavi. The families that contributed to this lot used to depend on the local market to sell their coffee, meaning low prices and little reliability. Through Oak Cliff's partners at Agricafe, now they are able to sell their top grade coffees for substantially higher prices.

Brew: Try it black. Tasty with milk. Perfect for all brewing methods.
