Elegant and easygoing, Ayla Bombe brings soft notes of 🍑 yellow peach, cozy 🫖 rooibos tea, and a silky, refined finish. It’s the kind of coffee that makes slow mornings feel like a luxury. ☁️✨
From the highlands of Bensa, Sidama, comes Ayla Bombe — a washed Ethiopian coffee that’s equal parts sunny and serene. ☀️🍑🌿
This lot is processed at the Ayla washing station, where freshly harvested cherries from local smallholder farmers — grown between 1,950 and 2,000 meters above sea level — are hand sorted, fully washed, and dried on raised beds. The result is a clean, elegant cup with notes of yellow peach, soft rooibos tea, and a refined finish that makes each sip feel like it’s floating.
Each community lot at the Ayla station is processed separately, creating unique traceability and celebrating the character of the land and the care of the farmers. With every bag, you’re tasting the effort of a small community working together to create something quietly beautiful.
Bright, balanced, and easy to fall for, Ayla Bombe is a little moment of clarity in your morning mug. ☕🫖🍑
