Details:  This microlot is unique for its late harvest, high altitude, and the care taken during post-harvest processing. This coffee comes from the Werkinesh Wurji mill outside the town of Yirgacheffe, which services the surrounding community made up of about 2,500 small-holder growers. The mill uses selectively-harvested ripe coffee fruit, and sun dries the coffee cherries on raised beds. After drying and hulling, the coffee goes through an additional sorting to meet the standards of Grade 1.
