My oh my, have you stumbled across something beautiful.
A unique blend of single-farm coffee varietals that challenge what many know and love about coffee today, Bubblegum Pop showcases a compelling sweetness reminiscent to a chewy piece of bubble gum or perhaps a heaping bowl of Cap'n Crunch Crunchberries. But even more so... the family behind these beans are amazing themselves.
After several generations in the sugar cane game, the Holguin family embarked onto a new adventure - coffee farming - just a short time ago in 2010. Just outside of Cali, Colombia, in the lush Andes mountains, they turned an untouched piece of land into a family farm.
After a decade of farming, they have grown their farm into a stunning 50 hectare piece of land which is kept at around 60% for coffee and the rest as natural forest, preserving the beauty and natural minerals in the soil.
Specializing in some of the rarest and most special coffees on earth, the Holguin Family are not your average coffee producers. They have a keen eye (and a keener palate!) for coffees that will showcase unique and exciting flavor profiles to coffee connoisseurs the world over.
